Nestled in the melting pot capital of the world, Fornos of Italy opened its doors in 1990 and has been in business for over 30 years. As a family owned business and as a staple of their culture, the Ibrahims love hosting; thus, ensuring Fornos embodies an environment that feels like home is of paramount importance. Fornos aims to provide lasting memories where friends and family can gather to enjoy conversation, excellent food and welcoming ambiance.
Laying down roots
The Ibrahims opened Fornos of Italy out of passion for Mediterranean comfort food and a familiar ambiance. Visiting from El Paso during their honeymoon, Hassan and Linda fell in love with Houston and decided to lay down roots by opening a restaurant and Houston has been their home ever since.
